This bill is an anti - American boondoggle! It is COMPLETELY unnecessary. We already have more than enough laws  to control LEGAL immigration. It is absolutely despicable that the senate tied this stupid bill to more aid to Ukraine. Ukraine will never win that war.  They need to negotiate peace with Russia. SHAME on the biden admin for thwarting the peace treaty back in 2022.
