As being without a phone, email is the sole way in which to reply, at buckley.anne.t08801@proton.me.  Due to consistent complications with the obtainment of medical records, in the past with at least three hospitals and numerous physicians, Verisma, ScanStat, CIOX, online HIPAA apps, refusal of use of fax in a state funded day shelter facility and the theft of belonging (which included personal records). Mention of the recent request to CSB, described below, is being mentioned here in a precautionary measure, as the stated protocol of retrieving records is questionable, the website does not state that the patient is required to pay for printed copy and has no option for sole electronic delivery method. [[4850 Mark Center Dr, Alexandria, VA 22311, visited on 09/19/2025 to request full records, in particular the Fall of 2023 as all retained personal notes were taken in Brunswick, MD in August and thus far no formal request was made for all visits (w/in 2yrs]].
As of today, on 09/24/2025, questioning of protocol of the CSB, Community Services Board of Alexandria, VA in production requirements and processing times of medical records, is prevalent.  It may in fact be standard protocol that the office requires payment per page for the records to an individual and offers no electronic only option, of which requires seven-day processing.   Yet it seems discriminatory in procedure to require such, being that most clientele within state provided services are likely financially challenged.  Forwarding of the records electronically to any location for no cost is available and a blank form was retained of which can be completed and returned, for another to receive the HIPAA released information. Sending and releasing to another nation and or the United Nations, is also possible.
As the "deeming of incompetence" with no transfer and malpractice within physicians' visits, while in detainment at CCP of PA, Cumberland County Prison raised levels of concern, writing to other Nation's Embassies in Washington, DC from the facility located on 1101 Claremont Road, Carlisle, PA 17015 was preemptive measure to document concern for the circumstances, without providing excessive details. Nations written from CCP, included, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, France, Cuba, Russia and elsewhere.  A video of the sent handwritten letter, which was written left-handed post the injury and post a deeming of incompetence, with concern that arbitrary detention was the intention of those involved with a possible attempt to permanently detain (commit) and/or misdiagnose was the reason for the letter.  Requests for vitamins and antibiotics were denied frequently and the persistent conversations with mental health practitioners and their comments, were what I stated to them to be non-consensual pushes to antipsychotics and other mental health medications, I am not accustomed to taking, nor were the medications at any time by any other physician in my past, ever recommended.  The two medications I have taken in the past, of which was for a brief three-year period, are not prescribed in the US, in detainment facilities.
As access rights to medical files for purposes of sharing with legal professionals is of a timely concern, being that two years is approaching to share all details of, any assistance or mere acknowledgement of this, is being sought after.  Attached to this email is an MP4 video, of the written letter to nations (of which, at the time injury limitations to writing were present and medications were taken at select times, in an attempt to control physical pain). I, Tiffany Anne Buckley left messages for the Metis Group via phone and possibly via email, in the fall of 2023. This was due at the time, for levels of concern that professionals in the industry of trained intelligence members, may be required for evaluation of formerly known persons. Concerns in the Fall of 2023, pertained to the termination of multiple phone lines, the inability to access Wi-Fi in public places (such as malls) and the evacuation of an airport upon entry, when attempting to use the Wi-Fi, Reagan Airport in Arlington, VA.
On going complications with technology have persisted until now, numerous of which have been reported to the United Nations, IEEE, ITU, Facebook and elsewhere. At times mention of these concerns (that of technology related), and others concerning the medical and legal industries, have been brought to the attention of town, county, state, national and international persons, organizations or government employees including political representatives.
Currently, at this time, being that a two-year period is approaching an attempt to gather records from any recipients of sent communications for the Fall of 2023, is the reason for this email. While in CCP of PA, Cumberland County Prison, post receiving a fracture to my right humerus bone, to the best of my recollection email invite requests were sent and/or phone calls to PHR, Physicians for Human Rights. I, Tiffany Anne Buckley (Anne), do not have basic knowledge of filing for actions or claims, on either state or federal levels. A statute of limitations of two-years is associated with a false "deeming of incompetence" that occurred within the state of PA, on 02/27/2025. The home state option of delivering paperwork in person at any courthouse, would be within the state of VA, or alternatively for the state of incident occurrence, that of the state of PA. Degrees of personal clarity are lacking in the exact hours available left to attempt submitting necessary paperwork for a Medical Malpractice claim, for instance does it have to take place today 02/26/2025 and if so by any specific time, or is it possible to do so, tomorrow on 02/27/2025.
Nearly, if not all fifty governors and other political representatives have been contacted in the past regarding concerns for the nearing of a statute of limitations for physical injury lawsuit or settlement, regarding a severe fracture of my right humerus bone. The statute passed without sourcing representation on 02/05/2025, although criteria for meeting exceptions to statute of limitations, likely exist. Evaluation of these criteria for exceptions, could be reviewed by students studying for a career in the legal industry. Extensive amount of information exists to demonstrate likely Agency factors of involvement. Nonconsensual push to antipsychotic records, are personally retained and able to share. Estranged military formerly known persons and legal professionals, may have been involved in false arrests, and contributing to industry biases within the medical and legal professions, as they are persons of influential capacities.
Any in person assistance, a legal studies student is able to provide or distanced, is appreciated. Legal students able to provide assistance, are not expected to have passed the bar. The medical malpractice led to permanent deformity via extending arbitrary detention, post a false arrest with delayed discussion of surgical options and an unfit brace of which caused misalignment during healing, which physicians and prison staff were aware of. Additionally, extensive mental harassments took place during the prison detainment and within physician visits. Irregularities of paperwork indicate intelligence, or other military deliberately altered the forms. Continuing of misdiagnosis and attempts to discredit the health of my mental state publicly or via state practitioners continued post release and are evident in the state of VA, with local health staff of CSB of Alexandria, the Community Services Board.

I, Tiffany Anne Buckley submitted earlier today on 09/23/2025, in the am hours approximately an hour ago, an initial entry of information.  Regarding similar concerns, are previous employment circumstances, of which a limited amount of information was provided to the state of MD, regarding an FMLA violation of termination post return from time off.  What is being referenced here is the company formerly known as 2Tor and later known as 2U, located on 2345 Crystal Drive Suite 1100 Arlington, VA 22202, 301-892-4350, also of address on Devonshire Square, Office 05-105 London EC2M 4PL 301-892-4350, and formerly on 8201 Corporate Drive, Landover, MD 20815.  
In the report made to the state of MD, was brief details of concerns with the "party mentality" of the company. EDMC, Education Managemment Corp, was a former employer, via the Art Institutes prior to working with 2TOR.  A similar "sales to nightlife" or "sales to vacation benefits" or other so-called enticing returns to employees for production, were of personal ethical concerns.  The Chesapeake Bay, MD weekend work events, were ones in which I requested of human resources, for nonattendance of and non-participation.  The return reply was that the events were mandatory, and attending was required.  Being that I was frequently on antibiotics for Lyme Disease, and for reasons other of personal preference, as I did not want to be associated with a company that encouraged on premises and off, the socially lax encouragement of drinking, partying, or otherwise requiring attendance for so called professional purposes that endorsed pleasure seeking environments as a reward for sales/enrollment production rates or otherwise, a setting that was similar to "fraternal or sorority party," which for some persons is not of interest to participating in, as unnecessary results of event outcomes may not be of interest for persons of certain age ranges, such as I, who was attempting to have health insurance coverage, afford solo cost of living and prepare for possible adoption.  
At one of the events, a change of room assignment took place without my knowing and the manager at the time, of who I was supposed to share a room with was not anywhere to be found and never provided me a key for entry.  As this was not something I could resolve with the front desk, staying awake to find the individual when preference was to return to my assigned room, led to additional hours of having to remain awake and amidst others.  Frequently, I witnessed persons in management even drinking while conducting live sessions videoed in their offices.  This was not a personal concern for me, yet due to current circumstances within Arlington County of VA, mention of this briefly here in addition to my having been the employee most frequently in and out of Susan the USC, University of Southern California, regulatory advisor for enrollment processes, as to ensure adhering to all legal requirements was maintained was my common practice.  Further information can be provided, regarding this concern, of previous employer and geographic related issues, such as losses of personal belongings or any other relevant details, either voluntarily or upon specific request(s).

I, Tiffany Anne Buckley have in the recent years contacted, BBC, The Guardian, Interpol and numerous others, upon release from CCP, Cumberland County Prison of PA.  The reason being, is due to having encountered numerous persons and events of which it appeared that intelligence was participatory in personal "daily, i.e. of average" and unnecessary or uncalled for interference(s).  These occurrences were during the Covid 19 pandemic and leading up to an in prison sustained injury of fracture to my right arm.  Post the injury, a "deeming of incompetence" occurred to which, was medical malpractice as mental stability was not of questionable levels.  After this transpired, arbitrary detainment of extensive time period took place, where in which no "fitted brace" or proper treatment via surgical means, took place.  Instead, in physician visit harassment and questionable character of medical professionals was present.  The encounter details have not been allotted professional discussion post the occurrences, to which would likely be most suited with an Independent Medical Professional, outside of any associated with US or UK political state provided or overseen "impoverished service providers."  
Previous estranged persons of formerly known of Loudoun County, VA and/or persons of the greater Washington, DC (including of previous employer influential capacities), may have the ability to influence biased and discriminatory outcomes of evaluation or interaction.  Description of these potential complexities with be elaborated upon, in a follow up email, later today.  The reason being, for doing so, is that upon numerous occasions in personal past decades, others have been less supportive for my personal aspirations or trajectories.  These persons and instances, if described at greater length, may provide a clear understanding for professional persons of reason for seeking assistance with permanent relocation.  Personal relationships have been for quite some time, less than opportune, to such a degree that they may be more likely to be categorized as "unusual."  For a person, who had recently recovered decent credit standing, positive repayment plan status (of unknown owed taxes), student loans out of default, replaced identification and basic electronics; having had a positive outlook on self-sustainable employment opportunities and relocation abilities, the recent losses are likely not recoverable again rationally in this geographic location. 
Due to the numerous indications, that it is likely, that former estranged family members (some of military background) may have active participation in deliberate baneful and contemptuous actions, with undermining intention(s), to which being of the age 44 and having this not be of "new" experience, I would prefer not to have to further encounter susceptibility to.  Particulars of "wealth" status and "marriage and child" status are areas of past elemental likely factors that predisposed or contributed to the amplification of, disparate treatments or persistent so presumed "ethical justifications" for dissimilar treatment, as a single and childless person.  Financial complications from medical conditions, particularly Lyme Disease and Infertility were also apparent, in addition to observation of "contagion" concerns. 
Life stage attempts to obtain furthering of credentials, have been unsupported on numerous occasions.  This in conjunction with "unsupportive statements" during times in which, my stability was of decent income, average personal property and or other "positive" status; would likely indicate upon review of conversations or communications, unhealthy relationships were envious, resentful or controlling tendencies of others were evident.  Describing these relationship dynamics or particulars, at length, may be required to acquire the necessary evaluations for personal professional purposes.  
The Community Services Board (CSB) of Alexandria, VA in the year of 2023, indicated levels of misconduct via employees by not permitting the entry of responses to their questionnaire or intake evaluation.  An attempt to misdiagnose as schizophrenic seemed possible, as the intake counselor, removed the laptop from my possession (post entering the responses) and deleted all the information.  Particulars of names, attire and other elements that prompted suspicion of mental intentional orchestration or corrupt practices (similar to paperwork of legal sorts and law enforcement that be provided for professionals' review), has been retained in records.
Technical interferences have been prominent and persistent, more so than any other times prior to the last four-year period.  Recent events of pc related, connectivity, application or otherwise technically related, have been sent to the IEEE, ITU, US Intelligence and elsewhere.  As some of these complications, seem to be even of the sort that, disables my ability to create new projects, communications or employment required material, it is disconcerting.  At times, these interferences are particularly prevalent when related to dance or yoga videos of the past, or creation of industry related new projects (even if for solely personal social media purposes).  As these technical complications may inhibit other's ability, unknown to I, to acquaint themselves with a general understanding of normal practice(s), abilities, technique(s), intention(s) and otherwise, this is of concern.  Thefts of personal property (to a level that could erase or incapacitate) is beyond thwarting.  Attempts to resolve these concerns or property on state, national and other levels, has proven to be an inefficacious result.
Personal experiences in the geographic area of Alexandria, VA and Arlington, VA, upon numerous occasions, entail others that may intentionally be conducting targeted sexually perverse actions.  The FBI and CIA were informed of persons, masturbating in public in near proximity and this behavior may be associated with the intention to degrade, insult, intimidate, or to cause emotional or mental disturbance, on purpose. For a person of mid-forties, with no personal property such as a car, tent, apt or other private space, could be in conjunction with theft of belongings, frequent public bodily fluid "spitters," discriminatory practices of operation hours at times for certain business or public spaces, bus driver or schedule irregular operations/conduct, denial of faxes and other daily concerns...is of limited tolerable rationale to be unable to relocate.  George Mason University faculty, Victims Services for Criminal Justice of VA, Fairfax County Board of Directors, US Governors and others including the Council for State Governments, were amongst attempted communications of the past for relocation assistance of mere ticket for transportation consideration. Further details of the "well below personal average" experiences, of which will have lifelong ramifications of personal relations and professional opportunities, shall be shared in the follow up email with other details mentioned above of persons and events.  Culturally the exploitive or degrading treatments, some of which are likely known by others to be not aligned with my known conduct, could negatively impact the remaining years of my life.  Aspirations and trajectories of personal past, are no longer obtainable and the quality or integrity of planned pursuits, has been directly affected by others, injury, deceits and impoverished conditions that near seemed intentionally created by the obstructions of others (to be expanded upon).  As these occurrences were upon an attempt to source employment and after numerous years of being "out of contact" with certain persons, details were retained in personal records of questionable events or persons. 
The state of MD, received in a report in the year of 2013 (?), personal discrepancies with the conduct of a company employee practices, in Landover, MD, additionally mentioning of the extracurricular corporate mentality concerns.  Similar complications may be apparent amongst "island leisure" groups or "Hollywood/Technology influencers" as some persons formerly known have direct connections of relations with persons in these industries.  Having been out of contact with most persons formerly known, for an extensive time period, presuming certain levels of possible scenarios, is the only rational option (unlike in years past when founded information or known information is of preference).

Though my ideas would not have been for such exact business replica to WeWork, they were similar.  I find and found WeWork to not be adequate in the needs of what was necessary for student or early adult aged professionals in need of workspaces. Request for Documentation of Calls Received in 2023 and Addt'l Infor Update

I, Tiffany Anne Buckley left messages for the Metis Group via phone and possibly via email, in the fall of 2023.  This was due at the time, for levels of concern that professionals in the industry of trained intelligence members, may be required for evaluation of formerly known persons.  Concerns in the Fall of 2023, pertained to the termination of multiple phone lines, the inability to access Wi-Fi in public places (such as malls) and the evacuation of an airport upon entry, when attempting to use the Wi-Fi, Reagan Airport in Arlington, VA.  
On going complications with technology have persisted until now, numerous of which have been reported to the United Nations, IEEE, ITU, Facebook and elsewhere.  At times mention of these concerns (that of technology related), and others concerning the medical and legal industries, have been brought to the attention of town, county, state, national and international persons, organizations or government employees including political representatives.  
Currently, at this time, being that a two-year period is approaching an attempt to gather records from any recipients of sent communications for the Fall of 2023, is the reason for this email.  If the Metis Group has any record of communication from I, Tiffany Anne Buckley, of which associated phone numbers can be attempted to be retrieved for confirmation of identity, establishing a time of which to obtain these records or method of which to do so, is requested.   
The records from the Metis Group would be for legal matters, approaching a statute of limitations, regarding the staff of CSB, Community Services Board of Alexandria, VA, and medical malpractice, of which may be a continuation of violations having taken place in the facility of Cumberland County Prison, CCP of PA.
Any return reply to this email is appreciated, as I am currently without a phone.  
All medical records, legal files, court paperwork, identification copies and other personal belongings, were recently taken from Brunswick, MD and not returned, nor any information found on likely whereabouts despite contacting local authorities.

US Political Representatives, 

I, Anne Buckley (Tiffany Anne Buckley, born on 08/05/1980 in Danbury, CT and former resident of Loudoun and Fairfax, VA) would like to provide a copy and paste method of update to my personal circumstances.  Today's date is 09/28/2025, post attempts to obtain medical records and legal representation, it seems as though all efforts are nearing an exhaustive state.  All top physical injury law firms, as rated for the general public to obtain contact information for, have been contacted.   In addition to top physical injury law firms, a method of selecting legal professionals from numerous states major cities, via sourcing in proximity on google map searches, has been attempted.  As no arrangements were possible to speak on the phone in necessary time frames, nor in arrangement for in person appointments were permitted despite the requesting of, contacting University Faculty for consideration of support for Access to Patient Medical Records was attempted, in addition to request for reviewal of exception criteria for statute of limitations passings and tolling periods.  A list of the faculty and schools the communications were sent to, can be provided upon any request or may be included here via contact my politician, in a follow up email.  As Medical Malpractice concerns are present in a separate potential legal action of which the time period currently is nearing another two-year passing, the completion of a HIPAA Release Form Request was completed at the CSB, Community Services Board in Alexandria, VA last week, of which is nearing processing of completion period (7 days), yet requires a payment for pickup, as patients are not permitted to have solely an electronic version of records which is reserved for sending only to any person indicated, free of charge.    

Hypothermia shelters in the US, require address verification for participation of which due to having to move frequently for brief stays with numerous persons for nearing a decade now, the last proofs of permanent locations lived at are of estranged persons from extended past, or from my last solo lived in apartments prior to their homes.  Relocation assistance is still being denied, via the VA Victims Assistance Network, and present concerns are prevalent that a former Alexandria, VA Mayor, that is now in employment position of Park and Recreation for Northern, VA, may potentially be able to discriminate against I locally while unhoused, of which further details can be elaborated upon and recent instances may indicate.  

Reports have been made to local authorities of thefts of belongings and other public irregularities, of which sharing of the departments or persons sent to and all dates and times of doing so, may assist any representatives willing to evaluate if local area efforts are illegally taking place to conceal or outnumber in action(s) and/or disregard of protocols or codes of conduct.  A recent minor relocation attempt, ie a near proximity via train ride to Frederick, MD from Alexandria, VA resulted in further loss of personal belongings.  

A list of previously contacted via this method will be copy and pasted to this communication, to indicate time periods and amount of persons attempted to raise the concerns within the past.   Apologies, if any receiving this message are no longer in position of previously held, as some recipients may have changed with the changing of an administration and/or new election results of nominations.

This entry is a follow up to previous entries, to attempt to update questionable connections of multiple jurisdictions and possible involved persons, businesses or any others including state officials or government employees.  The reason for entering the Arlington, VA detention center address as location of incident, is regarding upon release from CCP of PA, Cumberland County Prison, I Tiffany Anne Buckley phoned the local authorities near the Pentagon City Mall, of my being in the area upon return voluntarily from PA, for a pending misdemeanor charge of calling 911 in Alexandria, VA of which court appearance was required.  The pre-trial release requirements established by Arlington and Alexandria, was for mental health evaluation via the CSB, Community Services Board of Alexandria, VA.  This was despite Ann Zaleweski with Arlington, VA attempting to obtain release with no pre-trial requirements.  As all medical and legal paperwork of personal records for original printed copies and/or original provided discs and other documents were taken in Brunswick, MD in the month of August 2025, prior to a two-year passing of time of which is pertinent for legal reasons, entry of information of concern for questionable relations is being attempted.   Gathering the information of state and county ethics boards for the Washington, DC Metropolitan area including VA and MD, is underway.  
As previously mentioned, Tom Shadyac, who also has a Charlottsville, VA Homeless Shelter and attended UVA, may be of known relations with persons in Director position with the state of MD, Monique Wilson, PHD, although this I cannot state with any confirmation of known facts.  A two-year period of time is approaching for Mental Health visits, with CSB, Community Services Board of Alexandria, VA that took place in the fall of 2023, upon release from CCP, Cumberland County Prison of PA.  Pre-Trial conditions were required (although stated by a counselor of Arlington, VA to I in statement to be illegal of requirement for Recognizance."  Ties to an attempt to continue, medical malpractice post a false deeming of incompetence in CCP of PA, may indicate appropriately during the following visits in Northern, VA responsible parties, in attempt to conceal responsibility for injury and other liabilities/illegal conduct.   Numerous indications of orchestration of persons names and public displays may render levels of intentional public character defamation, entrapment, scapegoating, hate crime participation, furtherance of peonage (causing of), sexual and physical assaults have been evident (post false statements), theft(s) of personal property and more.

For instance, upon release from CCP of PA and sourcing the paperwork for The Recognizance Form from Alexandria District Court, stated the appearance date for the misdemeanor charge (18.2-429 Causing a telephone, digital pager, or other device to ring or signal with intent to annoy; emergency communications; penalties) was scheduled for October 13th, 2023 (of which October 13th is my deceased sister, Kimberly Paige Buckley Lowry's birthday in the year of 1973) at the location of 520 King St, Room 201, Alexandria, VA 22320. An Arlington County, social services representative name similar to Ann Zaleweski (sp)(info cannot be retrieved), mentioned the criteria for mental health pre-trial was illegal for recognizance release conditions and attempted to advocate for release with no criteria, prior to the court hearing. Affiliation with the Ellen M. Bozman Government Center, 2100 Clarendon Blvd., Arlington, VA and/or of Department of Human Services - Sequoia Plaza 3 Behavioral Healthcare Division, 2120 Washington Blvd., 1st Floor, Arlington, VA 22204 are likely the locations of Ann Zaleweski's (sp) professional association(s). The release conditions of Recognizance included mental health evaluation and pre-trial conditions, of which CSB, the Community Services Board of Alexandria, VA located at the address of 4850 Mark Center Dr. Alexandria, VA 22311, phone of 703.746.3400 and website of alexandriava.gov/CSB, was the location of visitations (Intake Counselor, Awo Gyamfi and Director, Kim Ragin).

Further details can be described at length, the officer also stated I became "combative and resistant" of which video would show, that did not happen my demeanor was extremely passive and calm while multiple officers were aggressive. Notes say "wrist caught in the gate" this is not true either, I was merely trying to keep behind the gate as I thought the officers were going to be assaultive. Due to "no communication" with the Public Defender and upcoming court of which I had prepared paperwork for to defend myself and did not want the preparations to be removed from my cell. Persons within CCP of PA (inmates) made comments of not returning to the area i.e. VA for court, this was not considerable for I, as employment and screening for employment is important to quality of life and opportunities. Details of how the misdemeanor charge was entered by Alexandria, VA police on 4/20/2023 while in CCP of PA, post attempting assistance with address for release conditions an individual named Joe Daniels was contacted and others from Loudoun County, VA. Judge Joe Dan processed the filing of the misdemeanor charge, of which is another questionable correlation of names of persons, in addition to a possible cultural relevant date of 4/20 being a reference to Marijuana. Corporal punishment elements or corruption of prison procedures and conduct may be present in denial of access to a phone, denial of access to the law library, months in the hole (J), comments of inmates mentioning of Costa Rica on the day of my nephew's birthday 04/10 (1998) in the year of 2023.

> The Malpractice Claim may include state conduct of Alexandria, CSB staff attempting to diagnose unspecified schizophrenia and other psychotic disorder. The staff member was attempting to reduce my replies to her questions, to broken English and incomprehensible answers. I asked to type myself, was permitted to and as she ripped the computer away from me, I was able to take a photo prior to her deleting my entry. Mention of this was made to the ABA, American Bar Association and numerous others via a government assistance phone on an ACP plan in the fall of 2023. Screen recordings of the sent messages regarding this concern, exist in personal records to be uploaded to LINO. The intake individual Awo was wearing a "sisters' shirt" of two women with a lanyard in between. She mentioned it was the first time she had used the software, necessary for the intake. Record of what was typed and deleted by the staff member would have to be typed or sent to the ABA, American Bar Association or any other legal professional via email of image or alternate online sharing of, as a clouded link for this image and information is not readily available. Other details of the visitations at the Mark Center, in Alexandria, VA and/or phone complications with government provided assistance phones that were inoperable and or disconnected in service, can further be described. As three recent deaths of estranged family took place, one of my sister a suicide by hanging, another of hanging my nephews girlfriends father and an additional suicide by an unknown means my estranged brother in laws, brother, details such as the sister's shirt and possibly the Victims Assistance for VA, Executive Director, Kate Hanger is questionable of mere coincidence. The process for the thus far released information (which did not include any radiology reports) persistently encountered technical complications (record of the technical irregular activities were retained and many of them shared with ITU, IEEE, Gates Foundation and elsewhere).

An attempt to contact the Council of State of Governments, regarding the need for relocation for purposes of sourcing medical assessments and sourcing legal representation and/or temporary needed basic accommodation w/ the availability of phone/fax/mailing/printing to facilitate self-representation actions. A phone message was left for Nathaniel Ledbetter, House Representative for the state of Alabama and Leadership for Southern District of CSG (Council for State Governments), in addition to Representative of Canton, GA, Mandi L Ballenger, as a former resident with estranged family in the jurisdictions were of concern. These contacts in addition to Senator Lindsey Graham, were due to military school vehicle stickers located on a truck outside the Carpenter's Shelter, David's Place near to the entry of the Citadel College in SC, at the times while being denied access to use of a phone and near to the three physical assaults recieved on premises. An additional concern of which could also be mere coincidence, was the last name of Farmer on the sign in sheet to the facility, the reason being a shared same last name as a former colleague at the company of 2Tor and 2U, who became a manager of the USC, Online Master of Arts in Social Work, MSW.

The actions of the staff of CCP of PA, were shared with the Prison Society of PA and JEAB, the judicial ethics advisory board for the state of PA. Public defender negligence and corrupt action(s) can be relayed information, in addition to judicial biases of discriminatory and/or outright illegal determinations of refusal to lessen or remove bond/bail amount, in addition to excessive determination of requirement. Refusals to properly contact a public defender of VA were encountered, in addition to phone access and denial of visitation to the law library. Post physical injury from excessive force, after an extensive period of time within the hole, concern for the brace provided for the arm injury not being fit enough for proper healing was made to the Warden of the facility. In addition to reporting this information to the Warden, Michael Eickhoff, the Orthopedic Physicians of UMUC were also informed of the complication of faulty medical supply for needed alignment support and did not provide an alternative. Records exist of possible AGENCY related involvement, where in which collaborative efforts to bring attention to HANGING/HANGERS/HANG etc... were in excessive amount via comments made by the physicians and by the amusement attractions of Hershey Park, PA.

This is a request communication, for consideration of policy attention to evaluate online booking of accommodation or stay for work exchange screening of applicants, to be reviewed.   I, Tiffany Anne Buckley (Anne) have recently found that the option of Air BnB stays, or communication will no longer be possible. This loss of accommodation option, which for single persons, is preferable in that it does not require cosigners, deposits, long term stay and other criteria, where in which attempts to pay daily in nearly any 50 states or other nations, is most readily productive and increases chances of indoor accommodation options upon initiation of employment, per day.  International Laws for adequate housing and nondiscrimination, particularly of impoverished persons, due to injuries or illness, of which have been personal life circumstances, may be applicable currently.

Persons whose background checks can be affected for consideration of stay or communication on various platforms with potential hosts or employers, can be disqualified, even via charges received from local authorities.  In recent years, requests for calls to be made for assistance to the police, have in return led to charges of so called "assaults."  Frequently, persons attempting to flee from abusive persons, illicit activities or unsafe environments, are in need of in-door affordable accommodation with flexible pay options of daily, weekly, monthly, intermittent or long stay.  Persons re-entering employment, particularly post a relocation or in need of an environment to work remotely from within, may be directly affected by negative marks found within screenings, to which would remove their ability to utilize the service.  These service providers of online booking management, frequently operate in more one state, typically all 50 within the US and Internationally.  A person who may have been victim of false claims of authorities, in a local area, would be nationally and internationally compromised in housing option(s), to which the result of a non-clearance (denial/refusal) during screening may remain lifelong.  Appeal processes for companies likely vary and are not industry standard from company to company, nor for all locations, yet legal representation for such matters, should be of option on state or national levels.  The complication here is an obvious one though, if state corruption is the concern, in this case, no state funded legal representative would likely support that individual to obtain a proper resolve, due to conflict of interest.  State to State considerations and regional concerns, to protect from these occurrences, may offer proper levels of intervention.  For the general person, international concerns must be considered as well, as most people, travel, work or even permanently relocate, internationally.  For expatriates, who naturalize in another nation, the events of from within one nation could remain in others, of which if those disqualifying factors were false, should be remedied.  Officials who cause these outcomes, particularly for persons having requested their assistance, should be oversighted for such reasons. Not all persons who have been victim of assaults, report their perpetrators. 

For instance, personally known estranged individuals if reported at the time of abuses to authorities, would have had the inability to use such online booking services.  For persons fleeing abusers, who chose not to formally report any incidents, this inequality of societal option sourcing online accommodation, can lead to a disadvantaged portion of the population and unjustly. As having been the victim of numerous assaults, physical and sexual throughout the years, even by estranged family members, resolution for safe and affordable accommodation, is element of basic need.  Airbnb, HipTent, WorkAway and various other online sources of booking accommodation, run background checks, of which it appears there is a complication occurring. 

Personally, previously booked Airbnb's were questionable of possibles levels of "orchestration."  The persons, items, environments and other elements of "booked stays" could bring justified cause, for investigation.  If properly conducted, the outcome of intentional "furtherance of peonage" or intentional removal of "self-determination" and/or corruption in practice of accepting financial payment, for coercive or falsely stated conditions of stay, may indicate illicit active involvement to a civilian's liberties.  The ability to share these details of stays, with professionals of any relevant industry, be psychology professionals, legal professionals, political persons, non-profit organization affiliated representatives, or alternative intervention form of evaluation, has thus far not been possible.  As these online sources of "booking stays" can be utilized for purposes of modern-day human trafficking and via coercive false advertisement or in conjunction with inappropriate levels of military, intelligence or other premeditated persons, attempting to "control the outcome circumstances or whereabouts" of an adult individual, they should be readily monitored by an outsourced (private) oversight of investigation service (or ensured internationally so, if national concerns exist, w/ political representative acknowledgement of industry related concern).  Forced disappearances and/or forced suicides, in addition to harassment, stranding or other attempts to restrict one's ability to communicate or work, can occur post statements of safe, quiet and productive environments.

Environments of illicit activities, unknown persons, or unhealthy conditions frequently are obstacles, of which had led to perilous losses (in the past and recently).    Sourcing representation with ensuring temporary stays and accommodations, is not negatively affected, particularly due to "falsifications of events and/or character," is imperative.  Orchestration of persons and events, leading to my requesting assistance from authorities locally, nationally or even in attempts internationally, have led to the opposite outcomes, of false charges, without evidence of which were all dismissed post extensive arbitrary detainment.

Rather, it should be seen as the right to live somewhere in security, peace and dignity. The above is a brief detailed concern, regarding adequate housing, certain persons may attempt to restrict another's ability to "stay" "anywhere," such persons doing so, may be attempting to conceal their own actions of the past.  Forced homelessness, in conjunction with the removal of one's ability to source proper employment, via false charges, may indicate continuing concealment of the past actions of others, personally or professionally known.  Further details in regard to this area of industry of online screening for indoor accommodation and work exchange, may be followed up via this platform and in a second message or via a change.org.  Policy protection(s) for civilians, regarding this industry, is likely to naturally evolve, as it will become more commonplace for these and other similar services to be regularly accessed by every nation's general population.

US Political Representatives,

I, Tiffany Anne Buckley have attempted to contact local area law firms in the greater Washington, DC area for use of a phone.  The purpose mentioned pertains to legal representation acquirement and medical record access and assessments.  Thus far, no return responses of assistance or recommendation of alternate resolve have been received.

Online requests for government assistance provided phones have experienced error reports, on numerous occasions.  Additional instructions require "calling" or "in person visit" to local area state related offices, of which is not traditional reply nor procedure in the obtaining of the phones and is likely a targeted level of increased action to obstruct access to phone communication abilities.  

Additionally, numerous FCC violations have been reported in the past concerning Wi-Fi and data service plans within personal use during the time period post a release from detainment and having received an in-prison injury.  The President of GMU, George Mason University, Gregory Washington was informed of these details and made aware of a personal request as a graduate of the university for permitted use of the premises for phone and internet access.  The reply was a denial of permission and the contradictory response of a known ineffective recommendation of local public library, to which he was aware of lack of phone access, talking environment and technology irregularities.

As persons of my personal past are of the level of influence capacity to disproportionately affect the outcome of state services, mailing address locations, socially "perceived character outcomes" due to discriminatory tendencies for impoverished persons in affluent areas and other complications.  Just as in decades past when using a phone to obtain legal services, medical services, employment and even basic societal interpersonal communication with persons or groups, could be restricted to permitting use of a land line in one's home as preference of accessible or denied use of.   These elements of control via others formerly known are expounding civil liberty complications, later in life and during a period in which societally PAY PHONES do not exist for use.

In the past additionally, public local area calling phones were available in most businesses such as cafes, restaurants, lobbies, recreation centers, library areas and elsewhere.  Access to such free phones is no longer available with the onset of the government being the main source of providing personal devices for use, of which this process has been directly obstructed in direct negative outcome of my personal circumstances.  

Online tools for conducting phone calls, has also been interfered with and extensive proof of records in each instance have been retained in personal files, available for sharing upon any request made.  These occurrences in addition to disruptions of public Wi-Fi network functionality being compromised and previous denial of access to the phone for use in the facility of CCP of PA (and access to the law library denials), is disconcerting.  

Assistance with sourcing a room with a phone for use and/or acquiring change for any pay phone able to be found in operation, is appreciated.  Alternatively, any arrangement of a person, group or otherwise that would consider the lending of, "temporary borrowing of" a device operational with calling on Wi-Fi or DATA for a brief period of time, either on a specific location, off any location, in the presence of any individual or private temporary use with return conditional agreement.

Physical Injury Lawyers,
I, Tiffany Anne Buckley sustained an in-prison arm injury of which was a severe fracture to my right humerus bone (on 02/07/2023), spiraling from elbow to near shoulder with a main break in the middle. The event took at the CCP of PA, Cumberland County Prison located at the address of 1101 Claremont Road, Carlisle, PA 17015. The X Rays were quite disturbing and were viewed with two separate Orthopedic Surgeons within the UPMC medical network of PA. The events leading up to the arrest could signify motives for a “false arrest,” and “arbitrary detention,” details can be shared upon request. The statute of limitations of two years is rapidly approaching on 02/07/2025 and sourcing representation to reach settlement or to file action(s) is being sought outside of the Washington, DC area. This is due to formerly known estranged persons who work for the government, contractors, local law firms and within previous places of employment, possibly having the ability to inappropriately influence the legal industry.
Complications with obtaining the full medical records, of which visit details have been obtained from PrimeCare Medical of PA yet did not include any Emergency Room Reports, nor any Radiology Reports from the ER or from any physician visits. Inadequate care exists in the treatment provided as the brace was not sufficiently fitted to ensure proper alignment of healing (medical negligence was prevalent upon multiple occasions). The physician also did not discuss any surgical options for several months. Public defender negligence was apparent with lack of communication and visitation, the original paperwork indicated plausible military involvement as intelligence estranged persons formerly known, may have purposefully made hand written adaptations to the paperwork (which has been retained in personal records) as personal “hidden messages.” Concerns with corporal punishment tendencies to myself despite innocence, from estranged military family members, exists. Denial of use of the phone occurred in prison, as well as denial of access to the law library. An excessive bond was set at over $200,000. A deeming of incompetency occurred two to three weeks post the injury of which occurred when while being taken out of my cell, despite requests that the officers did not enter and not come near to me. Paperwork in my cell was prepared for the upcoming court appearance, of which I did not want taken from me. As I tried to remain in my cell and not have them enter, they pulled me out (several officers) as one then applied extreme force to my arm in a downward movement as it was behind my back. Video would show that conduct was calm and not in any sort combative. The deeming of incompetency was likely the chosen path of PA, to avoid going to court for a false charge that was escalated for purpose of mere intention to detain. The deeming of incompetency is also a possible second case for Medical Malpractice and occurred on February, 27th 2023. Nonconsensual medication attempts also exist with the CCP, Prison staff members.
Delay in discussion of surgical options, which was stated as necessary by Matthew Garner, MD while detained were scheduled for operation. Transfer to a mental hospital never took place, the prison staff indicated this was due to my being injured, yet it is also possible that the facilities after reviewal or evaluation of my cognitive functioning abilities and behavior, denied the transfer. The events led to the opportunity to extend detainment for an excessive time period with excessively set bail, while not pursuing court appearances (similar to a temporary forced disappearance, arbitrary holding). Conduct of while in prison of the employees and of the medical professional seen, indicated the likelihood of estranged former military family members and known persons, orchestrated certain events (details can be described).
As I have a BFA, Bachelors of Fine Arts from GMU, George Mason University in Dance (with a Minor in Philosophy) amongst certifications in Yoga 200 level and additional training, Thai Yoga Massage Certification and experience in numerous movement therapies and modalities of alternative health, having proper professional evaluation of “expected losses” conducted is of concern. The altering life effects of the injury are irreplaceable and unfinished works, projects, business plans and more exist. Thefts of personal belongings have been numerous, photos, videos, paperwork, electronics and identification. These occurrences in conjunction with disruptions to phone service, internet interferences with connections/accounts and more, could indicate levels of attempts to my obtaining full medical records in violation of patient access rights (denials of use of fax machines in state public service buildings indicate this as well).
The above is an introduction, numerous other details and all likely necessary paperwork of records are available. Thus far contact with law firms indicate persons within the legal industry may be attempting to limit the representation to a select few, of whom are associated with formerly known persons or places of employment. This raises concern for conflicts of interest existing in a biased oppositional representation, of which is disconcerting.
Contact with AMA, American Medical Association and the AHA, American Hospital Association Leadership Board Members, has occurred, as well as with the Council for State Government (CSG) and the Joint Commission (JCI). Numerous others have been contacted and if requested by any firm considering representation of this physical injury case, of which is likely more than such limited definition, can receive full details of communications prior to the arrest and post the arrest. Concerns of the conduct of the physicians and the negligent treatment, which resulted in a release (likely to avoid surgical costs for the facility) and delay of treatment with inadequate “bracing” increased permanent likelihood of irreparable deformity (misaligned and possibly intentional). Harassments in the area of which some have resulted in physical harmful regard to my person, indicate attempts to further exacerbate the existing injury have occurred. Furtherance of peonage and the resulting degrading outcome of having been homeless now since the release, is a lifelong character and reputational intense level of damage. Of which may have been premeditated by others intentionally, as an attempt to discredit or harm. With having recently recovered credit to positive standing, with plans to return to full time employment and furthering of credentials, opposition may have existed to these attempts amongst others.
Having the opportunity to obtain videos and planned projects within professional fields that require physical aptitude of previously trained within areas, is being attempted. Personal references from professional dancers and instructors formerly known, as references to knowledge of my abilities/plans could also be attempted (though little communication exists currently with formerly known persons). Local area concerns exist within the state of VA, which can be elaborated upon. International permanent relocation will likely be attempted, post attempting legal resolution. Morgan & Morgan at the time of release, mentioned an escalation of my case, yet due to the firms ties with the former administration discussions decidedly did not take place. Further concerns with the received contact or lack of from other firms, can be elaborated on and reasons as to why, upon any request.

Admissible Evidence of paperwork received from the Public Defender upon the date of arrest in the state of PA, indicates likely intentional retaliatory markings, where the social security number area was crossed out (as if to imply no "social" "security" available. The reason for this to have happened could relate to formerly known persons from within the military and intelligence agencies, attempting "intimidation." Specifics as to why this would have taken place and those formerly known persons from Loudoun County and the greater Washington, DC area within the CIA, FBI, DOD and elsewhere can be further discussed as these relations were personal. Additionally on the paperwork from the public defender, Barbara Wevodau the office phone number was also altered from the original in pen, to indicate the numbers 338, which is a portion of the Purcellville, VA local are phone signifiers of (540) 338 - XXXX. A number I, Tiffany Anne Buckley once had while living at the address of 36540 Innisbrook Circle, Purcellville, VA 20132. In the neighborhood of Farmington on the Green, neighbors included the Director of Operations for HUD and at one point an Acting Director of the CIA.
The excessive bond set and judges reply that I was "a flight risk" was in accurate, post my indicating where I could be located if released and mention that a day or two may be spent attempting to visit the United Nations Headquarters or Embassies for necessary SELF AUTHENTICATING EVIDENCE, regarding the details of the months spent requesting for assistance and relocation, prior to the arrest. Lexus Nexus searches from within CCP, Cumberland County Prison would indicate a "healthy state of mind" and likely reason for a misdiagnosed "deeming of incompetency" for purposes of evading court procedures occurring. Personal suspicions exist that malicious intent from estranged former Navy, father and Air Force, brother, both of whom graduated from the Citadel College of SC, may have influenced unjust procedural conduct of the wardens and other staff of the CCP facility. A letter was written while detained and post the injury occurring to the local Annville, PA Military and Veterans Affairs Department, and concerns with the conduct within the prison were discussed in person during a visit with a representative from the Prison Society. Post the injury taking place, communications were written to the Attorney General of the US, Embassies within Washington, DC including for the nations of Finland, Iceland, France, Cuba, Russia, Ireland, Singapore and elsewhere. The written letter can be viewed on FB and presented questions regarding the events that took place in Fairfax, VA prior to PA, where persons at an Extended Stay Hotel were staying during the Depp and Heard trial. While present with these individuals present, in the motel (with the mentioned individuals present), a severe trauma injury occurred to the back of my head and losses of a wallet, passport, iPad and other belongings occurred. The reason for sending information to embassies was due to a level of distrust for repeated theft of belongings and formerly known individuals who are employed by the US government, having reason to conceal their former actions and treatments regarding I, Tiffany Anne Buckley (Anne). As a formerly known individual with whom I previously lived with for three years has close ties in relation to a friend of whom is directly "familial" of a Hollywood Director and whose father is significant participant with a Medical Research Fund (for cancer). Additionally, Hollywood connections with another Director exist amongst close relations of persons in the nation of Costa Rica, between my estranged sister and brother-in-law. These details may be of pure coincidence and have no impact of the circumstances of events experienced, due to not having recent communications with persons, little known levels of truths to matters exists.
Additional communication from CCP was sent to the Obama Foundation (including a signed release form for X-Rays and Medical Release) as the deeming of incompetency removed personal levels of actions possible to take without a general guardian, committee, conservator, or other like fiduciary. The deeming also made filing an appeal for the false charge of retail theft, not of ability to conduct within the necessary frame of time. A request for an appeal to the original charge in which I requested that the police be called and that my identification was in view of the store cameras for reasons of having safety concerns. The events leading up to the arrest raised personal concern that a forced disappearance or forced suicide may have been orchestrated by persons from a distance (further details can be provided). Due to numerous persons providing false statements and later identified coercions of untruthful intention and circumstances, remaining cognizant of illicit surroundings where individuals seem to attempt "entrap" into committing a crime involving drugs, sex, guns and other areas of illegal activities to which I do not participate within. Fear for personal safety existed the day and leading up to the arrest in PA, where in which entry to gas station to purchase a beverage requiring displaying of identification occurred, during which numerous personal documents were placed on the counter and requested that they were confirmed to be in view of the cameras. Cash was given to the cashier in full amount for the purchase and I requested the store clerk to call the police, as I waited outside for their arrival. The officer returned the item to the store, brought the money given to cashier back to me and wrote a merchandise theft charge (the paperwork indicated for the charge an address of a former known collegiate individual's address (DOD employee), where I stayed for three months in the past prior to being physically assaulted). During the court hearing for the theft charge, no officer bodycam, store or vehicle footage was available, despite my request that footage be viewed to confirm the details of the event. The misdemeanor charge is likely a miscarriage of justice, which led to my writing from CCP the Judicial Ethics Board of PA. the return reply from the JEAB is retained documentation of within personal files available to share if requested. Additionally with concern for denial of access to a phone and the law library, as well as extensive months within the solitary confinement (the hole), communication was sent to the Department of Corrections of PA.
An Intervention Specialist was requested and allotted by the courts of VA within Fairfax, leading up to circumstances within the state of PA. Yet no contact information for the Intervention Specialist was ever received via the Public Defender of Fairfax, VA. As personal concerns were present during this period of malicious distanced plausible participation of estranged family members, calls were made to Military OneSource and elsewhere to attempt sourcing assistance. An unrelated element of personal past that may impact reasons for certain occurrences or treatment, may be due to my having been on the phone during 9/11 as estranged family were on the diverted Delta 1989 Flight. The events of that day are likely not of direct relation to experiences, yet at times I question the multitude of times where thefts of identification and electronics occur, particularly when I am attempting to return to employment or relocate.

The website states the right for program participants to file complaints and seek a satisfactory resolution.  You may express complaints in a variety of manners, verbally, in writing or by completing the dispute resolution form available in all lobbies and public areas of the CSB as well as the link posted above.
Please address any human trafficking issues you see with local law enforcement so it can be documented, and action taken.  Allied Security Guards do not have the training and reporting requirements that trained law enforcement officers do in these situations.

As a the two-year of statute of limitations for obtaining legal representation and acquiring full records is rapidly approaching, access to a personal device of any condition for the limited time of one week or less, would permit the ability to utilize a device outside the limited hours of the library operations and in a likely more private space. Public harassments have been consistent, including on buses and within libraries, yet with a personal device upon a lend for use access, anywhere with public Wi-Fi and without for utilizing the device without internet, is aidful.

In excess of three personal GMAIL Accounts are currently inaccessible. The inability to access the accounts, restricts obtaining, reviewing and forwarding proofs, needed from sent emails over the course of a two-year period (and further of the past), as well as clouded information needed in the upcoming week (photos, videos, files medical and legal scanned documents, etc...).
As I am without a phone, the internet is the primary source of communication abilities. If possible, can this request for access to the Library of the University for purposes of Alumni Access to attempt litigation communications, medical record obtainment and other needed pressing concerns that must be accomplished within the next week, be forwarded to an appropriate person for consideration? I, Tiffany Anne Buckley am sending this communication with the intention of it being recognized as a formal request via the State of VA, Victims Services Assistance Program. As multiple thefts of personal belongings have taken place in the geographic region of Northern VA, in conjunction with being on the receiving end of three physical assaults within a state sponsored shelter, am seeking temporary sponsorship of private accommodation. Concern with plausible involvement of formerly estranged family members, of whom were both military active in the past with the Navy and Airforce, post graduating from the Citadel College of SC, exists with identifiable automotive decals in the geographic area near to the entry of the Carpenter's Shelter, Day Service Program referred to as David's Place. Report of this concern was shared with political representatives for the state of SC, formally and recently.

As having been followed in Alexandria, VA in the evening hours by an individual of whom exposed himself and was masturbating in the streets within close proximity, while refusing to discontinue the behavior post multiple requests. These two occurrences persisted for extensive periods of time and despite elevation of audible vocal insistent request for him to stop, he would not. Both incidents occurred near to metro stations in Alexandria, VA the King St Station and the Braddock Rd Station. Reports of these incidences were shared with the Governor of VA, Glenn Youngkin and likely Senators of VA (although personally verifying this in saved records would be necessary). Earlier today, 01/30/2025 a message was sent of similar request to this message via the website, Contact My Politician with recipients being all fifty governors of the states within the US. As local area medical malpractices have occurred within the CSB, Community Services Board social service area within the Mark Center Building of Alexandria, VA for mental health with staff members, in addition to violations within two hospital systems, having the opportune time to document these incidences and communicate to appropriate persons is requested. The Carpenter's Shelter consistently refused use of a fax machine for purposes of obtaining medical records, which at this moment are incomplete as the radiology reports for the Emergency Room Visit at UPMC in Carlisle, PA and all associated physicians' visits for the injury of 02/07/2023 regarding the fracture of a humerus bone, have been withheld from release to I, Tiffany Anne Buckley the patient.

Numerous communications of initial case evaluation consideration have been sent to law firms in various states. As having been homeless in the area for over a year now, the extreme impoverished conditions have led to limited productivity due to being restricted to public libraries hours of operation. With one week remaining until 02/07/2025 of which at that time a statute of limitations of two-years will pass, sourcing temporary private indoor accommodation with access to a computer within a lobby or lender of a device with a keyboard would enable time to conduct necessary tasks. Further communication with law firms is necessary, additional attempts to initiate and/or conduct replies to any thus far received return of contact. Medical assessment is a societally understood element of medical legal process of which has thus far not been accomplished. Thoroughly documenting in a chronological order concern with legal negligence in the states of VA and PA, is necessary information to share with potential legal representatives. Irregularities of the functionality and connectivity of various devices or other technically related complications, have been saved within personal records and need organization for sharing purposes, in a formal manner.

Being physically injured (severely) limiting employment opportunities, of which lead to extreme poverty conditions increasing experiences of physical and sexual assaults, in addition to public degradation and harassments, has occurred twice now. Detailing the events leading up to these two injuries, one of 2014 in VA and the other of 2023 in PA, is necessary as recent conduct of medical professionals in the hospitals of INOVA and VHC, indicate the possibility of a connection between the two events. Attempts to relocate for reasons of concern with the ability of estranged formerly known persons to disparately affect the medical and legal systems, due to some persons having ties to law firms and politics, was not accomplished. The lack of relocation ability was shared with the Council of State Governments, CSG and elsewhere. Former places of employment have persons and companies within the field of higher education, amongst technology and sales for higher education admissions to graduate programs, within the US. A communication was sent to the Chief of Police, of Washington, DC, Pamela Smith describing in general personal geographic concerns of potential conflicts of interest, that may pertain to causes of disparate treatments and exist throughout multiple administrations.

In prison experiences within the facility of CCP, the Cumberland County Prison exhibited instance of plausible concern for orchestration of conditions, by previously known persons. Sharing of the events within detainment and during physician visits, in addition to the conduct of the public defenders, medical staff and prison staff, is necessary for sharing with legal professionals. Questionable elements during detained periods, seemed irregular in extreme degree(s) to be considered random coincidences (including names, paperwork errors, attire and numerous other elements of which can be described at length). Denial of an appeal for a misdemeanor charge (false charge), within the state of PA has made the likelihood of obtaining even minimum wage employment possible, this in conjunction with thefts of electronics, locked email accounts and other similar events...raises concern for intentional societal displacement and furtherance of peonage. If intentional orchestration of persons and events were intended to "shame," "degrade," "discredit," "force suicide," "force disappearance," "conceal capabilities of work and/or true character," alongside other concerns, gaining access into the reasons for and persons of participation within the events, is needed to accomplish.

As groups of persons of my past, of whom were of close relation have ties to Hollywood, this at times raises questionable concern for certain comments by persons, events within locations I was in and other details of which I can provide further details of. The conduct of the staff of CSB, Community Services Board of Alexandria, VA signified likely intention to diagnosis as mentally instable, via reduction of stated information to incoherent statements and further by deleting all the entered statements, I personally typed. This attempt by the CSB staff, having followed a "deeming of incompetence" within the state of PA, may indicate malicious intended misdiagnosis and degradation of ability for purposes that would benefit others. Sharing the details of the mental health in prison and/or state provided services with professionals within the fields of psychiatry and sociology for third party reviewal, is needed for assessment to coincide with potential legal representation for a medical malpractice action.

Even a select few evenings of stay, via a voucher or paid for reservation locally, would provide the minimal environment to conduct needed phone calls and access a private space (preference to a location with a public accessible computer w/ keyboard in lobby or available on the premises should be apparently understood as "fair" being that within the state of VA, thefts of a laptop, iPad, tablet and multiple phones had occurred). This message is to request that anyone begin a Petition on my behalf to have all communications released to me, Tiffany Anne Buckley. Numerous individuals and departments have received requests of receipts and copies to be released for purposes of providing to seek litigation and relocation. 

Some of those individuals include: The United States Attorney General, Merrick Garland; DOJ Violence Against Women, Marnie Shiels; The United States President, Joseph R Biden; The United States Vice President, Kamala Harris. 

Although the above would be one of my main areas to request within the focus of the petition. Other areas of the United States Government would include other departments and Military submissions namely NCIS, CIA, FBI and yet not to exclude others to whom communications were sent to.

Dear Senators,
My name, is Tiffany Anne Buckley.  I have encountered significant disruptive environmental factors in the Washington, DC area. Although it is difficult for many to imagine the challenges that certain demographics face when seeking proper employment, societal integration and reaching a status in which; mere seeking of fulfilling basic needs does not hinder proper upward growth of an individual's aptitudes or capabilities, this is what I am going to attempt to describe.
Internal Displacement, leaves ability to self determine ones actions.  This can occur to an individual when they have no access to transportation, their own personal belongings, proper electronics, a minimum allotment of financial support necessary to achieve daily tasks (to enable proper societal means of existence) and more.  
Despite my attempts to resolve issues of medical concerns (even records of injuries),  litigation services, having local authorities to assist in the return of physical and intellectual property etc... Personal experiences seem as if targeted interference might be taking place.  This opposition (if in actuality occuring) nearly removes all most significant civil liberties. If this is so and is intended to suppress the illegal actions of others in past events, or is mere intentional harassment, while violating social service laws or due process laws (if orchestrated in anyway by personally known members of my past associated with military, law firms or intelligence) is discrimination, degradation, indifferent intentional furtherance of peonage, subjugation and traumatic to endure.  Yet the status of others may be capable of suppressing such inequalities and wrongdoings. This Nation does not offer much aid in relocation Nationally, nor Internationally.
