Like you, I am deeply concerned by the toll inflicted on innocent civilians by this ongoing conflict. I believe the US can be a constructive partner for diplomacy and humanitarian aid and we must work alongside the international community to achieve lasting and secure solutions that ensure human rights are upheld for all.  
 
It is my belief that all people deserve the right to live with dignity and freedom. I urge President Biden and nations in the Middle East to work for lasting peace, free election and long-term solutions for Palestinian and Israeli families.

Good Afternoon,

My name is Erin and I am a registered independent from St. Petersburg, Florida. I am calling on you to speak out against the genocide occurring in Palestine. The United States political and economic interest in the region cannot be allowed to outweigh the atrocities happening to the civilians in Gaza. As of this date, 12/19/2023, over 8,000 children and at least 18,000 others have been killed with over 4,000 missing and injured. With your silence and inaction you have shown the American people that your values lie in your pockets rather than the the lives of innocents. It is NOT too late to use your position to make a difference.

As the holidays approach, we are reminded to spend time with our families and loved ones. Yet, how can we celebrate a holiday that is supposed to teach us about love, grace, beauty, and acceptance, when we are allowing the bombing of Gaza and the Nakba to continue? I implore you to use your voice and your influence to speak out against this and vote for change. Every single life is sacred, regardless of their skin color, religion, or political affiliation.
