NJDCA EPP funds


Good evening,LT. Governor Oliver...I will try to not take to much of your time..I was previously employed at Dollar tree in Newark New Jersey on Raymond boulevard the location I was working at closed down completely due to covid-19, with the loss of my full-time employment I had no other choice but to seek and was awarded a much grateful and blessing to receive funding from the njdca emergency assistant rent program fast forward a couple of months I received the email saying that I need to recertify I presented all the paperwork that was required of me in a timely manner I have all of my email transcripts from Nancy k showing that nothing was required on my behalf my landlord even though I repeatedly told him that time is of the essence had not given njdca that required paperwork that they would seeking from him far as a W-9 proof of ownership in the sign lease showing that I will be residing in my apartment pass March 2023 so that way they can make future payments it took months for the landlord to present his paperwork within all of that time by no fault of my own my application became inactive and then denied I have all of the transcripts and paperwork as I just mentioned showing that I done everything that I was supposed to do fast forward I received an eviction notice March the 7th I went to court I presented all of the paperwork showing that I was in communication with njdca while they tried to rectify the situation I am about to be evicted the judge ruled in the landlord's favor and awarded him judgment of possession I had to lock out date for last Monday May 1st but I was able to speak to someone Thursday April 28th at the DCA I explained my situation that it was urgent she told me to upload all the court papers for my eviction which I did she said I will be placed on a eviction list and a specialist will get back to me I have heard nothing I'm about to lose my apartment and become homeless .NJE172543-RCE108128.I have left my NJDCA number,
