To all politicians especially Ted Cruz and Greg Abbott,
You are so passionate about defending the 2nd amendment "right to bear arms".....yet you don't seem to do anything about our rights
to protect our right to "life, liberty and pursuit of happiness".....when we ...and especially our children, can't go to school or the shopping center without fear of
getting shot!
Gun control is not about removing guns from law abiding citizens and mature adults. Reasonable gun control is to restrict the sale of AUTOMATIC WEAPONS and require background checks and registration on all sales included private sales at gun shows. It is not unreasonable to put in place gun safety laws, just like
drivers license laws. The people that are most concerned about having an automatic weapon are fearful
and defensive and mentally ill and most likely to loose control to wield their power.
You are responsible for protecting the right of mentally deranged people and for the thousands of deaths
