Hello Ms. Oliver, I'm disappointed in both parties. Black Native American needs to start there own independent party where Black Americans interest can be sought out. No one is fighting for Black Americans its a dame shame. In the 1866 Indian Treaty congress sign and seal after the civil war all Black Freeman was to be set free and have same sovereignty as the five civilized tribes there were granted tax exemption, to receive reparation, to receive land and cattle and none of these laws and mandates was carry out. The Dred Scott decision said a blackman don't have any rights that a white man will respect. So the radical Republican wrote the 13, 14, 15, amendments after reconstruction these law was affirmative for Black Americans only. And the slaughter house case say that these laws cannot be used by any one else which put Black Americans in the protective class. These affirmative actions gave Blacks all the rights that 1 to 12 amendments did not offer and then came the civil rights laws to strengthen those laws but time in time again the same government that gave laws come right back and corrupt the laws and amend them that was written for Black People who fighting for this all the immigrants come to America and reap all the benefits from the laws that was strictly written for Black Americans. The Democratic should never win another election again as long as this continues to go on and Black Americans should leave both parties and fire all the Black representative because they behave like a bunch of cowards.  What is this crap people of color? Who is a minority? I don't hear Black Americans name no where is this. So why do dum ass Black people answer to this.
