" I have been informed that the Targeted EIDL in the amount of $10,000 and Supplemental Advance in the amount of $5,000 was approved on 6/02/2021 and funds were returned from the bank on 6/10 & 6/15/2021 due to no account/unable to locate account. Mr. Hallak changed his banking information on his application several times between 3 different banks: Sutton Bank Bancorp Bank Blue Vine Upon further review of the application it was determined that the TEA/STA would be declined due to 2019 Transcripts and Record of Account not indicating business revenues. The applicant was sent a decline letter for the TEA/STA on 3/22/2022 and a Reconsideration Decline Letter for the EIDL assistance on 3/29/2022, in the amount of $124,000. Due to statutory limitations, the Targeted EIDL Advance program for Reevaluations ended on January 31, 2022. As of May 6, 2022, the SBA no longer accepted applications for processing COVID EIDL loan increase requests or requests for reconsideration of declined applications. I’m a resident of Emerson NJ. I was approved on June 6th 2021 for the EIDL Targeted and Supplemental advance. Unfortunately due to a bank error (wrong bank routing number) SBA was unable to make the transfer of funds. I have since then (6-6-21) emailed the SBA 103 times, sent in all the required documents 76 time and have called the SBA every other day since June, unfortunately to no avail. I was and am not getting any information whatsoever other than the “wait your turn we’re very busy”. I am still waiting for the obligated EIDL targeted and supplemental advances to be reimbursed to my account. These funds were allocated to me but the transfer was rejected due to a bank error. In May 2022 a gentleman from the SBA contacted me and was able to help me update the correct banking information on my file. I was then told to wait a while for reimbursement. I understand that you have been told by the SBA that the funds ran out however according to last week's senate hearing on SBA EIDL program , there are more funds available. Furthermore according to the website www.USASPENDING.GOV , I was awarded and paid $15k for the EIDL grants which is false. (link) https://www.usaspending.gov/award/ASST_NON_EIDLGT%3A3303667202_7300 . In addition I have never received the initial SBA EIDL loan ($124K) that I was approved for in June 2021 either . I am in desperate need for these funds that are "obligated" to me. I am a sole proprietor of a minority owned business and have suffered immensely. This has negatively impacted my health, my business and personal well being as well as put me in a lot of financial debt. I need the help on my Senator and Congressman. Please. I have nowhere else to turn to.
