(Unfair lease increases) 193 EDEN AVENUE , SATELLITE BEACH, FLORIDA 32937. (321)522-6522. rmctick@gmail.com In mid May of 2022 we received an email from our home owner to increase the lease effective 07/01/2022. $2400.00 per month or $28,800.00 per year. The present lease is : $1,850.00 per or $22,200.00 per year. A wapping increase of $550.00 per month or $6600.00 per year . How can you help ? We have no recourse but to pay or move . The owner wouldn't negotiate. We either pay up or move. Actually the offer was $2400.00 per month or purchase the house for $480,000.00. We have heard of these increases through out Brevard County. Please reply how you can help. Sincerely Republican Voter Ronald R. McClintick

Our home owner is increasing our lease by a unheard of amount.
Current lease is $1850.00
Pet month or $22200.00
Pet year.
Planned increase is
$2400 pet month or $28800 per year. A wapping increase of $550.00 pet month equaling a $6600.00Increase for the up and coming year starting July 1, 2022. The owner has only given us 2 months to decide and we have no choice at the present time to fight this large increase or price gouging.
Can you help ?
From what we are hereing this gouging is being do across the board in Florida . There should be a Law against such things like this .
Thank You for your time and service the ower state .
Your Sincerely ,
Ronald R. McClintick
