The following Bills should not become law.  All of them create unnecessary mandates.   These bills are a violation of our right to choose medical treatment under The Nuremberg Code and violate our Bill of Rights:
A8378 (Dinowitz), Mandatory Covid shots
S75a (Hoylman)/ A279a (Gottfried) All adult vaccine records must be given to the state
A8398 (Dinowitz), Eliminates religious exemptions from vaccine mandates for work and school
S6541 (Rivera)/A7326 (Gottfried), Creates an “immunization passport”
S6495 (Hoylman)/ A7829 (Dinowitz) Mandatory Covid shots for college students
S937 (Krueger)/ A822 (Paulin) Allows giving drugs and vaccines for STDs to children of without parental knowledge or consent.
In addition, all workers fired for refusing the Covid shot must be rehired with back pay.
COVID shot trial data released by Pfizer and Moderna by court order confirm that the COVID shots are not safe and effective.

VAERS COVID-19 vaccine data from Dec. 14, 2020, to March 25, 2022 shows:
Overall: 1,205,755 adverse events, including 214,521 rated as serious and 26,396 deaths.
For 12- to 17-year-olds 30,771 adverse events, including 1,771 rated as serious and 43 deaths.
For 5- to 11-year-olds 9,771 adverse events, including 234 rated as serious and 5 deaths.
This is the most dangerous vaccine in the history of the U.S. vaccination program.
