It is time the legislature recognizes and properly addresses their failure of the education of our children, especially in math which has been a failure under the common core method. Our children have been neglected and it is time to put their interest first! The Bill SB171 is wrong and a waste of money and detriment to the children and youth of Alabama. We need to adopt the non-Common-Core high-achieving standards like Minnesota’s or Florida’s. Please use your influence to defeat this bill and make this needed change!
