Child Support Each Case is Unique

I am a concerned mother, My son wrote : "I have chosen self-immolation to bring awareness to the distructive nature of the family court system." This is what my son wrote before he was admitted to a mental institution.
The bottom line was, she pays 650.00 a month to her grandmother whom she lives with for daycare, no proof of this, 59.00 a month for insurance and 330.00 child support for her other child. She makes 4200 + per month and he makes 3100+ per month. He pays 321.00 support for another child and has other bills also. He had to start from nothing after their break up. She took everything. He tried so hard to get financially able to go to court for visitation and support. She did not want him in the child's life but wanted the support.
He is frugal with his finances. But cannot pay 1200.00 to her a month for back support and current support. After adding up bills and support he would have 80.00 to buy gas for work and food every two weeks. He knew he couldn't do this so he shut down and had a mental breakdown.
Child support guidelines need revamping each case is unique and what may work well for one case may not be the best for another you can't have the same guidelines for everyone and every situation. She pays 330.00 a month support for her other child why does she need double that for this child? I have so much to say on this subject and I will keep fighting for these laws to be revamped. We need our children's fathers in their life but not looking closely at each individual case is turning fathers against the system and depriving children of their fathers.
The courts seem to only look at the mothers situation, this is wrong, fathers pay support and can't even claim the child on their tax returns every other year, this is wrong. Fathers should have the same rights as mothers unless they don't want to be in their child's life.
My son matters too!
