I have struggled with mental health issues my entire life , I am no Stanger to therapy and Psychiatric care. I am currently unemployed because of my mental health. I want to open a discussion on how people like me could benefit from a general knowledge of mental health. I am working with my local police and city government to help get the old stigma of mental health stomped out. I have started a blog that I am hoping will help people feel less alone in their struggles. I speak for those who are scared to speak for themselves. Mental health isn't something most people can understand but I believe with a small amount of effort and a lot of education we can make an amazing difference. This is a hard topic to openly speak about but this country needs someone to open a Discussion about mental health. My mind works very different from most people's but that means I can come up with solutions that are very outside the box. Please let me know what you need from me and how I can help.
