SSI APPEAL

I had a stolen vehicle recovered the following day. However the police still had it towed and wouldn't give me 10 minutes to get to the scene to recover it without incurring the tow fees. I feel like I have been robbed twice because I'm low income and won't be able to afford the tow fees. This is injustice at it's best. I feel like the PD and tie tow company robbed me for the second time. My truck is legal and it's the only transportation I have for my family of 7. I explained all this to the officer and the SEARGANT however the SEARGANT still had it towed claiming he couldn't leave it on the side of the road, even though I was en route to the location and had a ETA of only 10 minutes he wouldn't drop it from the tow truck. Please help justify this horrible crime. I'm the victim paying the price for the suspect. Who by the way they did arrest inside the vehicle when it was located. This is just wrong something needs to be done at this is completely unfair to the honest citizen victimized by auto theft and then having my vehicle held for ransom by the PD and tow company

My son is 2yrs old. He was diagnosed with an extreme rare disease WILLIAMS SYNDROME He received SSI until June 2021 In Jan 2021 SSI had us reverify. In Feb I got notice nothing would change. February they lowered his payments saying he was receiving calwin . This was not true. It took time to get the evidence SSI . DHHS provided me with evidence via official dhhs papers. I emailed the SSI worker frustrated. I feel that email was taken personal I stated I felt they need to GET IT TOGETHER . After that I got notice they had again reevaluated his case. I got notice in March they were stopping payment he no longer qualified. The decision was based on medical records they had received from the pandemic time. My son's conditions associated with Williams Syndrome are off the more severe He had open heart surgery, with more expected throughout his life. He WILL ALWAYS HAVE pulmonary hypertension, failure to thrive, gastrointestinal issues as well as pulmonary and cardiovascular for life. These are facts. I filed a hand written request as and a official appeal and sent both via mail. The original was received and returned by SSI with official paper I filed and sent . SSI records never showed it received. Running out of time for a appeal I used a priority USPS with requested signature upon delivery. . His last payment was received in July. The trackable letter shows online at USPS as not being updated as of Aug 11th. I filled a claim with USPS who's investigating whereabouts of parcel. I'm past appeal deadline.I have never gotten through to local office via phone only after 10- 30 minutes it disconnects. The reports the decision was based on were from during pandemic lock downs. I have recent reports from visits including pulmonologist, cardiovascular pulmonologist, dieticians, physical, speech therapist, all that have seen him since the decision.I am my son's only advocate I deserve the opportunity to be heard by a board, or judge, that could overturn this.
