If congress considers tariff revenue disbursement I firmly believe the few hundred dollars we might receive would be far better used to reduce the federal deficit.  President Bush did it not that long ago.  It appears the people in power now have no concept of spending frugally or balancing a budget.  
I do not want my descendants to be burdened with the debts incurred by the people who live by declaring bankruptcy or swindling honest people out of their wages.   I don’t have multigenerational wealth to offer them but the idea of multigenerational debt is abhorrent.
