EEOC Discrimination at TATA Consultancy Services

I am a PRESIDENT SCOUT (EAGLE SCOUT) and I have been working for TCS for the past 26+ years dedicatedly. 

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is terminating employment & laying off US Citizen / Permanents residents while favoring visas (H1-B, L1A, L1B, H4) employees. TCS is also violating all EEOC laws, Title VII laws SEC. 2000e-2. [Section 703] , and Discriminating and Harassing employees on the basis of age (> 40 years), national origin (US Citizen / Permanents residents) 

TCS is Discriminating and Harassing with US Citizen / Permanents residents for the number of days the resources can look for a project/ be on bench. TCS is moving resources away from projects and are placing them on bench. The resources who are on visa are being given a longer period / time on bench. This is complete DISCRIMINATION. TCS in NOT allowing competent and skilled US Citizen / Permanents residents to be assigned to project. 

TCS Resource management is not circulating our CV for new project mapping. I was determined as a FIT by TCS ISU heads & Client partner, but still not allocated to the project and is under constant threat of termination of employment. 

The employees who are on visa status are being placed with client's v/s US Citizen / Permanents residents are laid off.

Need full-fledged investigation as to why Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) should layoff US Citizen / Permanents residents and then apply for visa and continue employment of 11000 resources on visa. TCS is second highest number of H1B applicants.
