I am a retired Army LTC. I have noticed both the Army Medical Command and Army Reserve Medical Command and associated sub commanders pick and choose who get recognized for promotion and retirement and who just gets the token cardboard packaged HRC flag. It’s important to recognize each and every soldier/officer equally for their service, promotions, and retirement. It weighs heavy when leaders humiliate or use notable accomplishments to hurt others as they progress through the ranks or retire. I know you are a righteous man and a patriot. Please guide the Army Medical Command including all the Corps and subordinate commanders to eliminate toxic behavior.
