Approximately 4 years ago, the Biden administration issued EO 14043, which mandated COVID vaccination of all Federal workers and contractors. Raytheon (RTX) imposed the mandate on its employees. I submitted a religious exemption to the mandate, which they rejected and refused to provide any reasonable accommodation. I went to the EEOC and obtained a right to sue letter. However, myself and previous co-workers have been in the courts system trying to get justice for 4 years. We cannot find a court that will even hear the case, instead we have received dismissal after dismissal. RTX is a big corporation and have attempted to bankrupt / destroy our wills to fight against quite possibly the largest civil rights violation in my lifetime.
