Dear Ms. Pace,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We always appreciate hearing from Coloradans, as it helps us better represent our great state in the United States Senate. Please know that we’ve shared your letter with our policy staff so that they will consider your opinion and perspective.

Coloradans sent me to Washington to tackle our country’s most pressing issues. We’re working to build a stronger, more resilient economy, ensure access to affordable health care, support small businesses, combat climate change, and find a comprehensive fix for our broken immigration system. Through hard work and collaboration, we’re committed to finding solutions that deliver for Coloradans in every corner of the state. Your input allows us to more effectively represent you and fight for the priorities of our constituents, so it is a privilege for us to receive your thoughts and concerns.

If there is any way our team can assist you, please do not hesitate to reach out, either by visiting our website or by calling one of our offices.

We always value hearing directly from Coloradans and hope you will continue to share your thoughts as we work together for Colorado and our country. For more information about our priorities, please visit our website at www.hickenlooper.senate.gov. Again, thank you for reaching out.

Sincerely,

John Hickenlooper
United States Senator

To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing to express my concern and anger regarding the attempts to limit free speech by sending the National Guard to Los Angeles. The contined over reach by ICE to round up humans is damning to every US Citizen to allow. We can not continue to treat people as lesser than. ICE continues to over  reach and we the people have every right under the Consititution to protest and protect one another.

ICE is not acting as a governmental agency but instead as a goon unit threatening the life and safety of every community it attacks. Asking the National Guard to "protect" them is a waste of resources and a blantent attempt to threaten any that don't comply. This will not stand.

I am asking my Senators and Representatives to condemn these actions. You have been elected by the people to maintain the United States government and are expected to do so. Terrorizing the people of the United States of America and "punishing" them for protesting CAN NOT be tolerated. It is your job to defend the Consitution regardless of political affiliation. Condemn these actions and defend the free speech and safety of not only those in California but the districts you represent.
