I have been trying for over a year to save my grandchildren, daughter, and husband, reaching out to the governor, the Attorney General, Congress, and the Senate in Michigan, as well as the Attorney Grievance and Judicial Tenure Commissions, various media outlets, and other organizations for assistance. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly been told that no state organization will take action against state employees; they prioritize protecting them, regardless of their actions and crimes they commit. I was advised at the Grand Rapids Legal Forum that I would need to take my case to the federal level. However, without financial resources, that option is nearly impossible. This is why we find ourselves in our current situation in the first place: we had to rely on a corrupt court-appointed attorney who worked for the prosecutor, effectively protecting a co-worker and his son (my ex-son-in-law) instead of the innocent man he was representing. _I have all the necessary documentation to support my case, including the court transcripts. Judge Scott Noto, Prosecutor Elizabeth Bartlett, Court-Appointed Attorney Fillipe Iorio, and the Kent County Sheriff's Office—especially Detective Timothy Potts—praised, protected, and obstructed access to the police report, two Child Protective Service reports, and the Allegan County Friend of the Court Child Custody reports from the jury. This obstruction prevented the jury from making an honest and fair decision. It was aimed at securing a false conviction of an innocent man and covering up the abuse of my grandchildren by my ex-son-in-law, the children's father._Because of my efforts to expose their corruption in my grandchildren's (Isabelle and Noah's) child abuse case, both my life and my granddaughter Kallie’s life have been put in grave danger. They continue to attempt to set me up on bogus charges to stop me from proving their corruption. What will be next—a family member or friend finding our bodies to silence us completely?
