Due to injury and additional physical limitations, inquiring for opportunities in interrelated fields, will likely include areas of focus within audio and visual arts.

Present personal circumstances prove likely to be not average candidacy, as elements of financial instability, lengthy gap of employment history, recent extensive detention periods and a misdemeanor charge, are present now in personal background.  The previously mentioned potential reasons for inconsideration, disqualification and/or dismissal from further evaluation of further advancement within a hiring process; are areas of which elaboration of details may resolve certain potential employer concerns.  The veracity of events has so far not been appropriately resolved in formal manners to indicate for unknown persons, organizations, companies and corporations, factual details with verifiable official statements of relevant persons written or other method(s) of known particulars.  

Attempts to have legal professionals and/or political representatives advocate for “letters of” and/or “testimonies of” details, for employment seeking purposes, has thus far been inadequate to result in any return of requests.  Personal aspirations have been, to be able to provide formal “references” for contact and/or explanative synopsis of events, of which would indicate circumstances where deceits, negligence's, malpractices and other levels of corrupt practices, were likely intentional and plausibly for purposes of deliberately preventing proper employment obtainment. As formal acknowledgement to the requests for these supporting documents, is currently ineffective in acquirement, providing details personally is the sole option for I, at this time.  

Any details of statements can be inquired upon with former employers, previously known persons, and/or any written official; by potential employers contacted or any others via sourcing the names accessible on a personal Lino Account, associated with the username Codex08580.  Any hiring personnel may attempt substantiating details directly, requesting discussing the matters at length, via email, as currently, being without a phone capable of conducting Wi-Fi or Data communications is restricted to public library pc capable communications.

As of today 03/26/2025, thus far one change.org petition, has been created regarding Patient Access Rights to Medical Records. Individuals’ Right under HIPAA to Access their Health Information 45 CFR § 164​.​524 & WMA, can be found via link https://chng.it/RPfk4mmrfX. This link may have already been sent and if so, apologies. Any consideration for participation via signing and or commenting as to reasons for not oppositional opinion, is appreciated. The link was shared with at least one institution of all 50 states, top rate law degree programs, select faculty via email with a request for sharing with their students and review of personal circumstances that present criteria for consideration of exceptions, to statute of limitations. Of which some exceptions include those that have resulted from sexual exploitive or abusive scenarios and others with AGENCY and/or evasion of liability.
Another soon to be listed change.org petition, will include the topic of relocation and transportation, both nationally and internationally. Statistics to be included are to indicate national migration studies and any data relevant for averages of services/assistance, pertaining to immigration vs emigration.
Micro-enterprise development, micro loans, ticket for transportation contributions, identification fee assistance and basic electronics, if needed, may address the economic needs of certain persons. Personally, the loss of positive standings for student loans, credit score, tax repayment plan and otherwise reestablished financial stability, has been lost again, after a near 7-year period to recover. Certain previously known persons may have been involved in events leading to such losses, of which certain recovery periods with newly acquired medical bills and a possible second loan default (of which only one occurrence of default is available in a person's lifetime), requires likely permanent relocation for average opportunity.
