Civil Rights Act of 1871 granting absolute immunity is inconsistent with the due process clause of the fourteenth amendment and violates American legal rights. (Baar v Tigerman 1983) My Lawsuit is about that a judicial system granting Judge absolute immunity rather a qualified immunity. Therefore immunity should not protect Judges or Arbitrator with their contractual obligations and emphasizes that immunity is not absolute, particularly when neglect fundamental duties, working outside of their judicial capacity. Violating the 1rst and 14th amendment rights (due process clause) of American Citizen. Most western countries and international laws moved to the qualified immunity. To my knowledge, the same violation experience President Trump.
In my opinion this should be > Writ Of Certiorari for the Supreme Court to consider my case! Superior Court stated before that this is an State issue, due process is an Federal issue. Your input and help in my case is greatly appreciated. Thank you Peter Koegel
