Let's not move backwards on homeless and put tents back on our streets and parks. HB1380 restricts the citizen choices on how to manage the homeless. These policies are best left to a more local and responsive leadership, such as mayors or city councils.
Please vote NO on HB1380 and keep our public lands free from encampments that draw possible drug users.
