This is a request communication, for consideration of policy attention to evaluate online booking of accommodation or stay for work exchange screening of applicants, to be reviewed.   I, Tiffany Anne Buckley (Anne) have recently found that the option of Air BnB stays, or communication will no longer be possible. This loss of accommodation option, which for single persons, is preferable in that it does not require cosigners, deposits, long term stay and other criteria, where in which attempts to pay daily in nearly any 50 states or other nations, is most readily productive and increases chances of indoor accommodation options upon initiation of employment, per day.  International Laws for adequate housing and nondiscrimination, particularly of impoverished persons, due to injuries or illness, of which have been personal life circumstances, may be applicable currently.

Persons whose background checks can be affected for consideration of stay or communication on various platforms with potential hosts or employers, can be disqualified, even via charges received from local authorities.  In recent years, requests for calls to be made for assistance to the police, have in return led to charges of so called "assaults."  Frequently, persons attempting to flee from abusive persons, illicit activities or unsafe environments, are in need of in-door affordable accommodation with flexible pay options of daily, weekly, monthly, intermittent or long stay.  Persons re-entering employment, particularly post a relocation or in need of an environment to work remotely from within, may be directly affected by negative marks found within screenings, to which would remove their ability to utilize the service.  These service providers of online booking management, frequently operate in more one state, typically all 50 within the US and Internationally.  A person who may have been victim of false claims of authorities, in a local area, would be nationally and internationally compromised in housing option(s), to which the result of a non-clearance (denial/refusal) during screening may remain lifelong.  Appeal processes for companies likely vary and are not industry standard from company to company, nor for all locations, yet legal representation for such matters, should be of option on state or national levels.  The complication here is an obvious one though, if state corruption is the concern, in this case, no state funded legal representative would likely support that individual to obtain a proper resolve, due to conflict of interest.  State to State considerations and regional concerns, to protect from these occurrences, may offer proper levels of intervention.  For the general person, international concerns must be considered as well, as most people, travel, work or even permanently relocate, internationally.  For expatriates, who naturalize in another nation, the events of from within one nation could remain in others, of which if those disqualifying factors were false, should be remedied.  Officials who cause these outcomes, particularly for persons having requested their assistance, should be oversighted for such reasons. Not all persons who have been victim of assaults, report their perpetrators. 

For instance, personally known estranged individuals if reported at the time of abuses to authorities, would have had the inability to use such online booking services.  For persons fleeing abusers, who chose not to formally report any incidents, this inequality of societal option sourcing online accommodation, can lead to a disadvantaged portion of the population and unjustly. As having been the victim of numerous assaults, physical and sexual throughout the years, even by estranged family members, resolution for safe and affordable accommodation, is element of basic need.  Airbnb, HipTent, WorkAway and various other online sources of booking accommodation, run background checks, of which it appears there is a complication occurring. 

Personally, previously booked Airbnb's were questionable of possibles levels of "orchestration."  The persons, items, environments and other elements of "booked stays" could bring justified cause, for investigation.  If properly conducted, the outcome of intentional "furtherance of peonage" or intentional removal of "self-determination" and/or corruption in practice of accepting financial payment, for coercive or falsely stated conditions of stay, may indicate illicit active involvement to a civilian's liberties.  The ability to share these details of stays, with professionals of any relevant industry, be psychology professionals, legal professionals, political persons, non-profit organization affiliated representatives, or alternative intervention form of evaluation, has thus far not been possible.  As these online sources of "booking stays" can be utilized for purposes of modern-day human trafficking and via coercive false advertisement or in conjunction with inappropriate levels of military, intelligence or other premeditated persons, attempting to "control the outcome circumstances or whereabouts" of an adult individual, they should be readily monitored by an outsourced (private) oversight of investigation service (or ensured internationally so, if national concerns exist, w/ political representative acknowledgement of industry related concern).  Forced disappearances and/or forced suicides, in addition to harassment, stranding or other attempts to restrict one's ability to communicate or work, can occur post statements of safe, quiet and productive environments.

Environments of illicit activities, unknown persons, or unhealthy conditions frequently are obstacles, of which had led to perilous losses (in the past and recently).    Sourcing representation with ensuring temporary stays and accommodations, is not negatively affected, particularly due to "falsifications of events and/or character," is imperative.  Orchestration of persons and events, leading to my requesting assistance from authorities locally, nationally or even in attempts internationally, have led to the opposite outcomes, of false charges, without evidence of which were all dismissed post extensive arbitrary detainment.

The United Nations Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights has underlined that the right to adequate housing should not be interpreted narrowly. Rather, it should be seen as the right to live somewhere in security, peace and dignity. The characteristics of the right to adequate housing are clarified mainly in the Committee’s general comments No. 4 (1991) on the right to adequate housing and No. 7 (1997) on forced evictions

Details were shared of the Air BnB complications with the IEEE and the ITU, followed by the CIA on 05/02/2025.

IEEE & ITU, today on 05/02/2025, an error message was received from Airbnb, stating that:
You've already messaged several hosts today. 
You'll need to wait a few hours, before you can send new messages or requests. 
(The above error message was false and should not have resulted in the restriction of use of the account)
As numerous other technical complications have been encountered in recent times, investigation into this matter is requested. 

The follow up was a REMOVAL OF ACCOUNT, NOTICE w./ 
Your account has been removed.
As part of our standard safety measures, we may run background checks periodically or when a reservation is booked. We've removed your account from the Airbnb platform because of a background check record match.
Why we made this decision

Beginning Portion of CIA submission, HJ47HFL1 CIA 05/02/2025, Airbnb restricted the ability to send messages, then removed the account.  As no ASSAULT AND BATTERY CHARGES, should exist in relation to I, Tiffany Anne Buckley, the impossibility of obtaining temporary housing via Airbnb is restrictive to quality of life and was a planned element of daily stay option and relocation consideration, both Nationally and Internationally.  As persons formerly known, may still be within employment of the US Government w/ designated duties of responsibility to ensure civilian protection, if those persons are actively, attempting the opposite and while employed, this an obvious complication.

The above is a brief detailed concern, regarding adequate housing, certain persons may attempt to restrict another's ability to "stay" "anywhere," such persons doing so, may be attempting to conceal their own actions of the past.  Forced homelessness, in conjunction with the removal of one's ability to source proper employment, via false charges, may indicate continuing concealment of the past actions of others, personally or professionally known.  Further details in regard to this area of industry of online screening for indoor accommodation and work exchange, may be followed up via this platform and in a second message or via a change.org.  Policy protection(s) for civilians, regarding this industry, is likely to naturally evolve, as it will become more commonplace for these and other similar services to be regularly accessed by every nation's general population. 

This message is being sent without consideration to format, content, or other reviewal practices in composition, as two months of expected rain, is approaching.  The message sent via Airbnb, on 05/02/2025 to a host in NC, included request for consideration of work exchange and recent sent communications to industries, regarding seeking employment.
