I am aware that writing to three of tRump’s most adoring sycophants is a waste of my time, however I must inform you of my disdain for the clowns running the DOGE, as well as the idiotic concept itself.
Hopefully you are all aware of St. Jude’s worldwide reputation as the preeminent research hospital in combating childhood cancer. Since it’s inception in 1962 when a cancer diagnosis meant almost certain death, the survival rates among child cancer patients has improved to 80%!
This institution receives roughly $110 million in annual funding from the federal government. However, with the arrival of the Trump/Musk GOP DOGE Death Squad (sponsored by our very own Senator Blackburn) the funding has been cutoff, leaving the brilliant and dedicated researchers at St Jude’s short of research dollars.
Without government funding, the hospital will lose these brilliant scientists, men and women who have dedicated their lives to helping families in the most dire situation-the diagnosis that their child has cancer.
You are are all in a position to right this horrible wrong. Not to do so makes you all complicit in the needless suffering of these innocent children and their families.
