I am deeply concerned about the recent ruling by the Supreme Court regarding the breadth of Presidential immunity. I'm not a legal scholar, but can't this can go both ways? For example, since President Biden (and many others) believes Trump is a serious threat to democracy, he should now have Presidential immunity to defend democracy by doing whatever he feels is necessary to keep Trump out of the office by using "official acts".
