I Horrez Plater was taken to TEAM WELLNESS , forced  to give urine and was tested for every drug in the world.  Need I say, I do not do drugs and nor have I ever. I was released and my results were all negative so that same day I had to pay to get my car out of the impound where it should not have been in the first place. I then called internal affairs  to force the Detroit Police to give me back my phone and I got it back after several attempts. I found out also that the GANG SQUAD was involved and they told a friend of mine that they had been following me for quiet some time, which I find strange. Now that the lawsuit is in against the Detroit police I have been getting more harassment, intimidation tactics, psychological tactics, my car has been hit repeatedly and the last time hit by a motorcycle. I feel since they have no crime against me they are purposely trying to sabotage my drivers license. I have been assaulted by a man named Derrick Green who is a discharged veteran and he pled guilty to the assault but I am still under constant monitoring and illegal surveillance, I do have pictures and am asking if You President Biden will ask Detroit and the people in the communities to cease and desist all the harassment at once. I am not a criminal and I have done nothing to anyone. If I am going to be and have to be subjected to being treated ike a terrorist, be bullied, harassed, messed with , my livelihood interfered with and my rights taken away , then I am asking for help with a plane ticket and I will leave  this country and never return. Michigan police use bullying and surveillancing tactics to get a person to react so they can lock the person up. Michigan does not follow any of the laws or any of it's laws. Michigan twists the laws to make them fit their narrative and then they pull the law in when it benefits them and not the victim who is fighting for their truths.
