Dear President Biden and all your affiliates and those who I have chosen to write too and to hear me, I am Horrez Plater a born and raised United States Citizen who only knows this country but I have a great concern about what is going on here in  Michigan and it's cities. The Detroit Police have taken it upon themselves to use Psychological warfare on innocent people such as myself. I have proof and I know how it is done and I know why it is done but it is prohibited in The United States for any man to perform psychological warfare on another American. 1. It's unlawful and 2. It's unfair and wrong. It kills every aspect of an Americans just due process and it changes a person in a way of which no change would have ever occurred had it not been performed on the individual. It does not create a person back into order but rather into chaos. On February 9th 2023, I Horrez Plater was forced and taken out of my vehicle without any reason and illegally detained and put into a police squad car, my phone was illegally taken and I was told it would be getting destroyed. It was only until a so called supervisor showed up that her words to me were "DO YOU REMEMBER SAYING YOU WERE GOING TO BLOW US UP? My response was "THAT IS A LIE!" I had no clue as to what was going on or what she was talking about. The officer named MAX ZAHRINGER who works for the Detroit Police department was the one who acted on this nonsense and lie, just like he acted on shooting a 20 year old black male who was supposing mentally ill and shot off  thirteen rounds in him killing him instantly. There was a first responder there by the name of MICHAEL YANOSY who wrote "SHE IS EXPECTED TO HURT PEOPLE AND HERSELF IN THE NEAR FUTURE, IF SHE IS NOT MENTALLY TREATED AND MEDICATED. HER MENTAL STATE IS BADLY DETERIORATING." Funny thing is, I never met that doctor or ever known that doctor a day in my life so where and how is he getting his diagnosis of and on me? I was illegally taken to TEAM WELLNESS.
