Federal Law Voting, 18 US code Section 611, Voting by Alien, Section 3. the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such Subsection that he/she was a citizen of the United States. So this tells me yes. If the Alien was set up under Obamacare, entered the Military or got a Drivers License, the Alien may think their a Citizen. Treasonous people within our Government are trying to destoy our country and way of life. Congress  needs to pass One Day Voting, Paper Ballots Only, Show your a Citizen and Voter ID.
