Hello, my name is Hannah Mason and I currently attend Texas A&M San Antonio. I have been having an issue with a class and have reached out to every possible advocate on my campus and no one has been able to help me. This professor I'm having an issue with, is not grading work, not giving feedback, students are failing, has completely disconnected with classes this semester, and that is not okay. Students GPA and experiences should not be compromised. Her negligence is going to be a huge hit to a lot of students, myself included. She sits as the department chair, however the dean of the college and the provost weren't able to assist me in any way. She has been deemed "untouchable" and other students informed me she will never be fired or put on any kind of probation. I don't want her job. I want her to understand the consequences of her actions and so other students aren't as affected by her as I was. I have asked for a reimbursement or additional credit due to the grade I received and nothing has been acknowledged or even discussed. I need additional help to resolve this issue. She cannot get away with treating students this way.
