Hello, my name is Hannah Mason. I am currently a student at Texas A&M San Antonio. I have been having a constant issue with a professor and the university is not doing anything about it. Since she sits on the chair on the department, I went to the provost and college dean, however neither one of them could provide answers that resulted in action. This has not been the first semester she has caused these issues, and I need help getting them fixed. No students GPA and experience should suffer because of their professor any longer. She needs to understand the consequences of her actions. It's not fair the the students who are paying for these courses. Something needs to be done about this process and the actions being taken by people who sit in a seat of power at the university level.
I hope you can find time to assist me with this issue. My grade should not be suffering like this. And no other student from here on out should experience this.
